About Central Ohio AGC
Central Ohio Associated General Contractors is a commercial construction trade association serving general contractors, specialty contractors, and suppliers within a fourteen-county area throughout Central Ohio.
Our mission is to strengthen the central Ohio construction industry through community relations, engagement, and workforce initiatives.
Central Ohio AGC provides comprehensive representation and services for its members at the local, state, and national levels. In its ongoing effort to attract skilled craftspeople to the industry through workforce development programs, we strive to strengthen the industry and support contractors who embody skill, responsibility, and integrity, upholding ethical practices in the construction industry.
Membership Types
General Contractors: Any individual, firm, or corporation, by agreement with another party, undertakes to execute work of construction in its entirety and at least in part with its construction forces. This includes traditional general contractors, as well as construction managers and design-build firms. General Contractors must belong to Central Ohio AGC, AGC of Ohio, and AGC of America. Annual membership dues are calculated by the annual volume of work performed in Central Ohio. View the general contractor dues rate chart.
Subcontractors: Individuals, firms, or corporations whose activities are directly related to the construction industry and employ personnel directly connected with the construction industry. Subcontractor annual membership dues are $300.
Affiliates: Businesses that engage principally in the manufacture and/or sale of materials, equipment, and/or services used by contractors involved in construction, i.e., Accounting, Architects, Banks, Engineers, Technology, and Equipment. Lawyers, Printing, Suppliers, etc. Affiliate annual membership dues are $300.
